Actually, this isn't true. You should DEFINITELY be eating every 2 to 3 hours: 2 if you are weight training and want to build muscle. Multiple studies show this is the way to go. You seen Taylor Lautner lately? Yeah, this is exactly what he did. All you can do is try it out and see if it works (which it will). It would be well with you to have an exercise plan. Good luck!
