no jumping does not effect your growth. I am an olympic sprinter, and i jump for an hour each day in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. jumping does not effect your growth, an effective way to grow is to eat frequently (lots of protein) and sleep and rest often, so your body may grow taller more effectively.
