Many people around the world suffer from obesity by not eating the right things or not having enough physical treatment or not having the correct diet,in my opinion eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetablrs which are rich in vitimins and have the right amount of exercise daily which is about half and hour daily so you can burn some calories and never take special tablets which say that youll lose weight its to gain weight ,but hard to burn it off,i hope wll suit you even though in only thirteen.
