not to sound rude but, stuff dieting! there are sooo many diets out there! some free, most of the costly. I'm 14 and I'm trying to loose weight just like your daughter is, simply by cutting down portions and no snacking other than fruit or veg to make your 5-a-day, vigorous exercise is not needed either, she just needs to keep active! try playing tennis or swimming, fun things that get her some exercise! it may take quite a while but you'll get there eventually! :) so don't worry, loosing weight doesn't have to make you annoyed, as long as she stays healthily happy.
