Some ppl say to avoid snacks bcuz they make u gain weight..... So when you're eating your lunch try to add peanuts to ur diet. Drink milkshakes for breakfast, and get lots of sleep. Why should you get lots of sleep?? I'm actually not really very sure but it works. You should also consider tlking to ur doctor on why u consider u should gain weight. Whether it's health problems or mental problems ask ur doc. Another thing you should do is put ranch on ur salad which contains lots of calories, and add parseman cheese to ur pasta. Also make sure you eat popsicles on hot days which really adds up sugar to ur body, but don't eat too many. This is the healthy way to gain weight, and still have low cholesterol without eating junk food. Hope dis helped!! ( = If you don't wanna gain muscle go drive instead of walking so the calories will build up. OH, yeah I just remembered when you sleep ur body fat will form into ur body so if you sleep a lot u will gain weight. Some ppl say u loose weight sleeping in but actually u don't.
