I Have this problem and am putting on weight. If, like some people, your weight is a problem and you are unhealthy due to your weighlessness go to a doctor. I got put on some Milkshakes called Scandishakes which have 600 calories per drink. you may want to start of slow but if nbot just add more salt and butter to stuff. Larger portions. If you get tired of eating like I have experienced make sure you eat at the same time of day. The choice is little and often or wait till your Hungry and then have a big Portion. A good food is Pasta and Potato. Lately, I have been keeping a diary for example....

1 Bag of Crisps................ 95 Calories Week 2....7st 2

1 Pint Of Full Fat Milk.......125 Calories week 3....7st 13
