You have to restrict yourself in relation to what you eat. Eat only healthy foods and eliminate junk foods. Jog every morning at least one mile and do half an hour of stomach crunches.

It is hard to lose weight but certainly possible if you change your eating and exercise habits. Any form of cardio exercise is an excellent fat burner. It does not have to be jogging or running. If you are very overweight, or not accustomed to exercise, cardio walking is excellent. It is easier on your body than running or jogging and it is sustainable long term.

Include in your diet quality proteins, vegetables, essential/beneficial fats and oils, and some fruits. Avoid most (but not all) saturated fats; a little is beneficial. Replace most of the saturated fat with other fats and oils; they are essential for health. A too low fat diet is dangerous. You cannot sustain life without some fats and oils.

Hopefully you will choose to be slimmer through a proper regimen of diet and exercise.
