Reduce your caloire in take , increase your calorie burn. Drink 3 to 4 times more water then you are right now. I dont know if you can loose 50 lbs in 2 months but I would shoot for a realstic goal of about 5 to 10 a month and stick with it before you know it you will get the weight off. Its all about consistancy dont cheat on your caloires and if you do increase the exercise.
