It's impossible to lose 15 lbs. in 1 week. Women carry a layer of fat under the skin where men don't so men lose weight faster, but, a man couldn't lose 15 lbs. in a week either. In women yeast seems to be the problem. If you give up breads, buns, or anything with yeast in it for 6 weeks NO MORE and eat at least 3 1/2 ounces of protein at each meal, lots of veggies and fruits, eat those leafy greens (good fiber and it will naturally make you have more bowel movements that are normal), drink 8 glasses of a water a day to flush out fats and toxins and exercise you get a good start on the loss of that 15 lbs. After 6 weeks without yeast gradually introduce some of it back into your diet (but don't over-do the yeast.) There are no magic pills for losing weight, but learning to control your own eating habits. There are pills on the market but they are not good for the body.
It depends what substance you have 305 gallons of. 305 gallons of mercury would weigh a great deal more than 305 gallons of petrol
