My wife and I have both had great success in losing more than 30 pounds each in ten weeks, all without exercise, just by substantially reducing the amount of sugar we eat daily.

If you can add some exercise your 37 pounds in 10 weeks is definitely achievable, but you will need to get serious about understanding what foods have sugar.

Sugar is also addictive, so it can be challenging in the first four weeks, but definitely, worth the effort.

Give it a try, you dont have anything to lose other than excess pounds.
