eating healthy, eliminate the fast food, soda, fried food, heavily salted stuff... most important thing is that you got to eat, people have the erroneous idea that you would lose weight if you stop eating, that's plain wrong! if you stop eating the brain would assume that you're starving and would order your body to start storing fat in your belly, tighs, etc, with that fat the body can sustain you alive in case you're starving. try to eat every 3-4 hours, try not to eat past 9pm, drink a lot of water... its gone to be hard the first few days but after that is more easy. at least that's what i did and lose 12 pounds within my first 2 weeks.
