Eat fewer calories, exercise more. Avoid suggary foods and anything fried or greasy and you'll loose weight. Sugar only makes you more hungry after the calories are burned up and sugar turns to fat quite easily in the body. Fried foods and anything with a lot of butter or other fats will tend to keep you overweight. Eat a lot, just make it things like fruit, veggies, meat & grain products.
