stop eating or eat less of foods and drinks that have no nutritional value...try cutting out chips, sodas, beer...also i hear that detox with acai berries works well but i haven't tried it.

Fast

get a consultations by a nutritional expert on exactly how many of EVERY vitamin and mineral you need...buy a bunch of vitamin supplements...proceed to take these, drink only water, and get frequent check ups from said nutritional expert to make sure you don't have a deficiency of some kind because you forgot about a vitamin or got dosed a little off...

(this has been done)...a man didn't eat for over 100 days and was perfectly fine because he drank enough water and took his vitamins...

BTW...if you plan to do this...make sure you start eating when you are running out of fat to sustain yourself.
