the best way is to simply lose the weight that you dont want, excercise more, eat more healthily. if u really wanna cheat the scales however, my friend once drank loads and loads of vinegar, it took some of the weight off. Also try moving the scales, i moved mine from the bathroom, to the front room, to the study, and from the bathroom to the study it weighed me as less then 5pounds lighter.
