first you go to the gym from 24-30 hours a month and get all the junk out your house for example my wife has a stir Fri witch is really healthy or you could have a salad and some chip's small portion though and a little bit of salad cream or just have a simple fruit salad or you could have the ready made weight watchers meal's and this is how you can have a healthy diet for a month.
