Doing sit ups helps for sure, it's good for you, and it will work your stumoch, and burn off the fat. If you cant do sit ups, try a diet, (NO cakes, NO yogerts, and, try to lay off the breads) twisting your stumoch, with your elbows out and turning, right, left, right, left. yoy get the picture.

Unfortunately sit-ups will tone your stomach muscles but do little to "burn off" any fat. The best way is a healthy diet and aerobic training. This is not very hard and does not require a gym membership. Aerobic exercise is best for burning fat and involves raising your heartbeat to around 30-35% above its normal rate. Aerobic exercises included gentle jogging, a brisk walk, swimming. If you're not used to exercise, start off with a short time and as your body gets used to the exercise, slowly increase your times. Remember to have a supply of fluids (either water or isotonic drink to hand to replace fluids).| This is not a quick-fix solution (as opposed to Liposuction), so don't expect any immediate, visible results, but over the weeks, you will lose the body fat and also begin to feel healthier. If you are very overweight it would be advisable to discuss any excerise regime with your doctor
