Unzip your flies, lie on your sofa and burp. Burping is actually really helpful if you feel stuffed but if you burp and it's not natural burps but forced burps and too often, it might make you feel sick.

If you can't make yourself burp then just stick with the unzipping your flies and lying lazily on your sofa complaining that you are stuffed.
