Eat lots of high fat foods, lots of carbohydrates and don't do any exercise. If you consume more calories than you burn during the day, those excess calories are stored as body fat and you will gain weight.

To lose weight the safest way, eat a balanced diet, full of vegetables and low fat unrefined foods and aim to get at least 30 mins of exercise, 5 days a week. By burning off more calories than you have consumed (always aim to burn off no more than 500 calories than you have consumed) you will safely and gradually lose weight.
