well, hate to break it to you but you cant get that skinny in just 4 days....i noticed that when i get sick sometimes and i dont eat really for a few days that i lose about 2kg but im not sure if that much would really show on your body. it is stupid to starve yourself for no reason-its very unhealthy for you and can leave you with problems and light-headedness and stuff. alot of ads claim that you can lose weight in just 7 days...(not helpful though)...by using their product. by taking a pill or something that expands in your stomach, leaving you feeling fuller so you just cant eat as much. (such as "rapid loss"-i dont know if it will work for you though!) maybe just try and eat light salad stuff for three days and see if that makes any difference...good luck! (why four days anways?trying to fit into your wedding dress before the big day!?):)
