From what I understand it isn't healthy to loose that large an amount of weight in that short of time. Some things to try and aid in loosing weight are the special K diet loosing 12lbs in 6 weeks I believe and drinking more milk. Cut back on caffeine intake and watch the fats that you consume I lost 15 lbs in three weeks eating nothing but beans, veggies, soy and drinking nothing, but skim milk and water. I felt great and full while doing it too.
