You Can Lose Flab By Exercising Regularly And Eating Lots Of Fruit And Vegetables Avoiding Sugars, Dairy And Carbohydrates. Of Course We Need Them But Try To Cut Back. Also You Should Do A 30 Minute Workout Everyday Like Running And Cycling.

Dairy : trying going skim milk or low fat milk. The most not fatty milk will have to be Soy. I personally believe that Soy milk does not taste good, according to me. But in the otherhand is good for you.

Sugars: Just try eating a small proportions, not once a day but maybe once every 2 days to see results.
