If you're already healthy: Keep doing what you're doing. If you're about to do something that you know is extremely unhealthy, never think ,"oh, im healthy enough" and do it. Pay attention to how much you say that to yourself, because you might say it more often than you think, and it will add up after a while. If you're unhealthy: What's the problem? Why aren't you healthy? Are you obeise? Are you not in shape? After you've established the problem, exercise, exercise, exercise according to what the problem is. For example, if you are overweight, you may want to consider things like crunches and cardio workouts. But remember to always take things slow when you first start off your exercising routine.
