well i have just gone back to it after gaining much of it back because of having a baby and just being to dern lazy to get back into it.. the first time I was on it I lost 90 pounds in 6 months. I have found that if I excersise everyday for at least 15 minutes and kept my carb count under 10 a day i would lose 3 to 5 pounds a week.the first two weeks was 12 pounds. Now here is the kicker... I have found that you def do not want to drink diet drinks NONE you won't lose any weight that day. and you can't "make it up" I also have found and please believe me.. DO NOT HAVE A CHEAT DAY!! every pound you lost that week will come back. and then spiral to quitting. So for my "cheat" days I would go to Hardee's and get a low carb burger and a sm Diet Coke. Yeah I didn't lose that day but at least I didn't gain!!!! and they were so yummy after a rewarding week..
