A calorie is a measure of energy while a kilogram is a measure of mass. The two measure different things and, short of nuclear processes (in the e = mc2 fashion), it makes no sense to try to convert from one to the other. One kilogram of water, for example, will contain no nutritional calories whereas a tonic drink will contain loads.
