That would of course depend on size, age and physical calorie expenditure. That weight sounds difficult to maintain without a serious exercise program, zero Pizza, zero fast foods, zero steaks or chops, zero ice cream and no cream in the coffee, zero cold beers and zero candy. It doesn't sound like fun, but the victims of the Holocaust maintained weights well below that number. (Amputation of the lower extremities is a possible solution, but it seriously impedes most exercise programs.)
