Calories ONLY come from

FAT (9 calories per gram),

CARBS (4 calories per gram), and

PROTEIN (4 calories per gram)

There are no calories from cholesterol; however it is not healthy to eat alot of it. There are 2 types of cholesterol- good and bad. Try to aviod processed foods containing alot of it because that is the bad cholesterol. Natural foods high in it like eggs are ok because that is the good kind of cholesterol. Everything in moderation you should be fine! =)
