i suggest to take less calories in a day than the calories u burn. do exercise 4 at least one hour to reduce the weight more quicky and get the perfect body. keep the count of calories u take n u burn......do cycling...one hour cycling burns 300 calories...or can burn even more.....take almost 1000 calories only in a day 2 achieve d target of losing 40 pounds in 4 months.....
