How many calories you consume doesn't make any difference. There are a number of things that could be causing you to be constipated such as not drinking enough water (you need 2-3 litres a day), not enough fibre in your diet (eating fruit, vegetables and wholegrains will help) or you may not have enough good bacteria in your gut (try drinking a yoghurt drink each day that contains these such as Yakult or Activia).
Once food has reached that point, all of the calories have been absorbed. You don't get rid of the calories when you use the bathroom (be it naturally or by using laxatives).

There are 203 calories in 203 calories.
The various constituents of poop (live and dead gut microbes, undigested food particles, fiber) do contain calories. About 50 to 60 percent of poop consists of gut microbes. Since gut microbes consist of fat and protein, at least half of poop contains calories. It's estimated that, on average, people absorb about 80 percent of calories consumed. In addition, each gram of gut microbes (dry weight) represents 5 kcal of energy that does not get absorbed into the bloodstream. Instead, that heat diffuses into the body.
