It depends if you are active or not. You should probably go on the Weight Watcher's Points Plus Program. I am 14 and was the same weight as you but lost 30 pounds in 5 months with weight watchers points plus. I am still on it but honestly, it helped me so much. I believe it is the easiest diet out there. Just two very important rules to follow: 1) Just because you have the freedom to eat anything you should not eat unhealthy things. Weight Watchers must be combined with healthy foods and maybe once a week something a little unhealthy. 2) Just because you are on a diet does not mean you will loose weight. The most important part of this whole diet is Exercise. You must get in at leas 45 minutes 4 times a week for starters. It is very important to do that!
