Teenege girls generaly need more calories daily than adult women as they burn more daily growing and through puberty so I would say 2000 calories and up to 2500 if you are big into sports but to get these calories eat healthy fats such as nuts and avacados and fresh fruit and veg and wholemeal bread rather than white and plenty of oily fish such as tuna and salmon two or three times a week.
If you're 5 foot and weight that much, you should put on some more pounds.
