it depends how fat and how skinny!!! It also depends on how you do it. I do know a simple diet, exercise, good sleep, no high calories and a balanced diet! Thats all there is to it!

It depends on your workout! By working out and eating right, you can lose it fast. Remember : Losing the pounds are easy. It's keeping them off that's the hardest.
