It depends on your age, weight, food and other daily habits. But on an average you would require atleast 2 - 3 liters of clean water a day.

Note: Do not drink all the water in one shot. Drink around 250 - 300 ml 8 to 10 times spread across the day. Depending on your diet, your water requirement may come down. If you consume fruits like water melon or drink milk, fresh fruit juice etc, your water requirement may come down by 250 - 500 ml.
