This question needs more information. Weight/Height? You should never have to starve youself. Depending on your weight and height you can get away with eating around 1700 calories per day with daily exercise you will lose weight. Unless you are 'Obese' then you probably won't lose 20 pounds in 2 months. I would expect a 1-2lb fatloss per week without going catabolic (losing muscle).
