It depends on where you go. In Minnesota, the Minnesota Vikings are much more popular than the Green Bay Packers. In Wisconsin, I am sure the popularity is reversed.

Minnesota is a million times better. Minnesota has 4 major sports teams, Utah has one. Minnesota has over 11,000 lakes, Minnesota also has the largest mall in the United States, Minnesota has over 3.5 million people in the Twin Cities metro area, the Whole state of Utah has 2.8 million people... This question isn't even close. Utah is a joke compared to Minnesota.
Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington, and much of Oregon. Depends on how far west you mean.
Funny thing about sales, it all depends on how good you are, how much you sell, and what you are selling. You can make $20,000 annually if you are doing a poor job selling cars or 1 million per year if you are driven and self motivated.
