Many doctors and nutritionists will give a weight, but forget the bone structure. 5' 2" and you are petite (small boned) you can weigh 100 lbs - 105 lbs 5' 2" medium boned you can weight 110 - 115 lbs. 5' 2" large boned you can weight 118 - 125 lbs. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat and bone also can weigh. If you are slightly over 105 lbs. (and if you are petite) don't worry about it. You can lost 10 lbs. easily if you get the flu and are dehydrated. Sometimes it's best to have a little added meat on your bones than being too thin. Here is rule of thumb: 100 pounds up to 5' and 5 more pounds for each inch. Example: I am 5' 6" tall so I add on 60 lbs. over the hundred making me 160 lbs. For me (being petite) that's too much weight and I feel better being 138 lbs. - 145. That's trim, but not thin. Exercise is also important and 8 glasses of water a day, plus a well balanced diet.
