Without having any other variables to work with, as weight is much more than just a number, a good indicator for your optimum weight is to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI). Your BMI should be between roughly 20 and 25, and can be calculated by:

1-write down your weight in kilograms

2-write down your height in metres, i.e., at 63 inches you would be 1.6m.

3-divide your weight in kilograms by your height squared (i.e., 1.6 x 1.6).

In your case, for your height the ideal weight range using BMI would be between 51kg and 65kg. That's roughly 112-143lbs.

Please be aware that the BMI does have it's limitations, and thus should only be used as a rough indication for your ideal weight. Note - for some basic conversions, 1 kilogram is 2.205 pounds, and 1 inch is 2.54cm (or 0.0254 metres).
