Answer 2 (Norbychily2): He's very tall for his age. The standard growth charts don't even go that tall for a 10 year old. But 5 foot 7 is "average" for a 15 year old, and the average weight for a 15 year old is 120-130 pounds. There is a lot of variation at that age (15) because boys have growth spurts at different times.

Your 10 year old is probably not entering puberty yet, so he should theoretically be on the lighter side of the 15-year-old range. He could be any where between 95 pounds and 140 and still be at a healthy weight.
