it depends on how well you are taking care of your body. weight means nothing it is simply numbers to alarm you if you are too skiny or obese, but you must also remember that muscle weighs more than fat. I would say try not to go under 110lbs and try not to go over 130lbs, but if your body is just naturally lower than 110lbs and your not starving yourself, and eating all of the right, healthy nutrients than you should be fine. However, if you are truly conscerned that you shouldn't resort to a computer as compared to resorting to a doctor. I hope this helps and try not to worry about your weight, just don't get too skinny to the point if you turn to the side no one can see you, and try to avoid obesity because you can encounter many heart failures. also if you be come to skinny you encounter many heart failures, a doctor once told me his patient got too skinny and he left off with him by saying eat right and you can die from annorexia or bilemexia, and the guy, being annorex which causes you to lie so that you can get people off your case so you can mistreat your body, told the doctor that he would eat right. However, the guy's heart soon collapsed while walking, because his body couldn't go on it was almost as if the body was saying you wont help me than i cant help you. I know this as a fact because i went through the dangers of annorexia.
