A healthy weight [according to body mass index charts] for someone 5' 9" is anywhere within the range of 125 to 169. Everyone is built differently [different muscle tone, bigger bones/frame, larger/smaller bust. etc.], so a better gage would be to have your body fat percentage checked.
Say Person A weighs 130 and is flabby and untoned because they don't exercise, and Person B weighs 160, lifts weights, and is in very good shape. If they are both the same height with a similar frame, Person B is definitely healthier even though he/she weighs more because muscle (which person B has more of) muscle is active, beneficial tissue, and opposed to fat, which is essentially dead weight on your body and a burden on your heart.
