Ginger can be consumed daily, but the optimal amount varies based on individual needs and health goals. Generally, 1 to 3 grams of fresh ginger or about 1 teaspoon of ginger powder per day is considered effective for most people. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medications.
How much ginger should you eat? The recommended daily intake is 1g of dried ginger or two cups of ginger tea. Eating too much ginger can cause itchiness in the bladder opening. Ginger is most often used as a flavourant.
