Not easily. There's a medical procedure that involves breaking each leg in 2 places, and stretching the gap between the breaks by 1mm each day (as the bone attempts to heal, it fills in the gap). You could grow 2 inches that way, but it's an extreme procedure. (Very painful, can't walk for about a year etc...) You'd have to be really desperate to do this.
A better bet would be go learn good posture. Slouching can lose you inches of height. You could also try shoe insoles, which will raise you height between 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch (which is worth it if you only want to be 2 inches taller).
If you're really desperate to actually grow, drastically increasing your calorie consumption may help you gain some height (after a year you could safely go back to your normal diet, since you will definitely have stopped growing by then). Adolescents who are slightly overweight for their age also tend to be (and end up) taller than their standard weight peers.
You should be aware that men finish growing 19-22 years old, whereas women finish growing early-mid teens (they usually stop growing at the same age they get their periods). So it's more difficult (more like impossible) to grow 2 inches at 22 years old if you're female than male.
No
You don't taller or bigger but the inside does
The average age when girls stop growing is between 16 to 17, and the average age when boys stop growing is 18 to 19. However it is possible, some people continue to grow until their mid-twenties.
No you will not grow taller after 21 for sure. Growth is usually completed by 18. You can grow a half inch or one full inch before you turn 25. 25 is the modern age when humans stop their growth. But if your planing on 4 or 5, sorry I don't think there's a natural chance.
Boys grow taller until about age 22. It is possible you could be taller than your father but there is no guarantee. Some say that if you measure the femur of a child at age 2, you can calculate the height of the child as an adult. Make sure to have a good diet and plenty of calcium.
18-22 maybe taller
Most people stop growing after age 17, and nearly all have stopped growing after age 18-19. Anyone who is still growing at age 22 probably has some kind of growth disorder, such as acromegaly.
Grow 5 inches at the age of 22? Sorry, not happening.
a 22 x 18 bass drum is 18" long and has a diameter of 22" so its taller then it is long!
22 Inches (55.88 cm)
A chiropractor can sometimes increase your height by about two inches by 'stretching' your spine, if you were 5 inches taller in your youth, it might be possible to get an even greater result
22 = 2 × 11
