A 29 year old woman that is 5'-2" at 110 pounds shouldn't be worrying about losing weight at all. That is a perfect weight for that age and height.

125 or less 110-195 pounds. 200 or more is overweight! You should probably try to lose a few pounds if you are 195. It depends on the woman though. My mom weighed 105 pounds at 33, and she is almost 40 now and weighs 120.
