By Somehow losing 1000 calories in those 5 minutes and making sure you don't put them back on within the next 12 hours at least. And then every time you eat, burn around 25% of the calories in exercise- the rest will be burned during normal daily activity.

Another point of view:

Hmmm.... you could cut your head off (losing about 7-8lbs) or most of your arm, but otherwise you cannot.

The fastest runner ran the mile in 3 minutes and 40 seconds. One mile for the average human burns about 100 calories ( they are actually kilocalories). Therefore the fastest human runner can only burn about 200 calories in 5 minutes.

One pound of fat has about 3000 calories (actually kilocalories). If you walk, crawl, or run 30 miles you will burn one pound of fat. Therefore to burn five pounds you would have to walk, run or crawl 150 miles, or run 150 miles in 5 minutes. Therefore if you can run at a speed of 1800 miles an hour, you will burn 5 lbs of fat off yourself in five minutes. Good luck!
