There are tons of ways to get a two pack but the most easiest thing that you can do is to do at least 50 curl ups a day and if you don't have somebody to watch you to make sure you are not cheating and doing easy curl ups or you could go and put you legs up making an X, put you hands behind your head, make sure that you legs are far enough out that you have to get you shoulder blades up off the floor, then start doing curl ups and make sure your head touches your knees. After that slowley start increasing the amount of curl ups that you do every day and presto a two pack after at least a month of doing them every day depending on how flabby you are no insult to fat people.
