its very hard but is possible. try to keep yourself busy and so then you are less likely to be inclined to bored eating. for example it is very common to eat infront of tv just so there is something to do while watching. insted of eating do something else. such as sewing holes up in your clothes, or play on lap top or hula hoop while watching. also dont eat unless your hungry. try and set yourself the challenge of only eating when u feel/hear your tummy rumble, and then dont fill it with instent calorie filled food. fill it it with filling healthy foods such as porridge or snack of unsalted nuts. if you feel like snakcing when your not hungry try to think of all the calories you will be asbsorbing with just that one small meal. also think how much exercise you will have to do to burn that and add that up to all the other snacks you had that day and turns out you have to do so much more exercise to burn off your desired amout because it all adds up!
