Well it really depends on your body type, not everyones the same.
Because although you may be the same age and height some girls are curvyer than others some are petite and some may be stocky. You have to go through the different body types and find which ones yours, for example here are a few; pear,apple,hourglass,tube,triangle,and banana
What you have to realize is you may gain weight specifically in your hips,or chest. Some like my older sister are naturally slim, and like my oldest sister you might be thicker, like the pear body type that has a lot of weight to the hips that probably won't go anywhere because that's how your body's made, each body is unique not one is like the other, that's what makes you, You.

Id say a healthy weight for a petite 14 year-old would be 125-130
And for curvyer girls who have more weight on them is 135-143
