Presuming you want to lose 20 lbs of fat a month, you would have to have a deficit diet of 81000 calories in that month (meaning less eating+exercise) meaning 2700 calories per day. At your ht and wt, this would mean eating air, and drinking water ONLY. to me this target is very, very wrong.

7-9 lbs would be an ideal target and a sustainable loss in your first month.
