do something like this:

breakfast:

red rose tea with a packet of stevia

1/2 oatmeal w/ a packet of stevia

1 glass of light Orange Juice

1-2 cups of coffee w/ fat free dairy creamer or 1-2 T of fat free milk

snack:

cheese stick

apple

fat free 25 calorie hot coffee & or tea

lunch:

*salad*

1 boiled chicken breast cut up

1/3 cup of crasins

1/2 oz of sharp cheddar cheese cut up

6-8 lettuce leaves

2 T of balasmatic vinegar

1 T extra virgin olive oil

snack:

banana,

with 1/2 T of Nutella spread

dinner:

stir fry

1-2 cups of instant white rice (its fat free!)

1-2 T of stir fry sauce

1 bolied chicken breakfast(140-150 cals for the chicken, only 2 grams of fat!)

2 cups of stir fry veggies...have water with a slice of lemon, Diet Coke(1 cal per diet coke)

dessert: 4 cups of sugar free jello, with some sugar free fat free Cool Whip you'll lose the weight for sure! you can drop it in a few months. i lost over 50lbs from march '07- dec-'07
