Not necessarily. Your brain is an extremely needy organ. The cells in your brain require about 2 times as much energy as that of other cells in your body. Without the fuel that breakfast provides for your brain, you won't be as productive until you eat something. Complex carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables can keep you full for quite a while and provide your brain with the energy it needs to operate as well as it can. Simpler carbohydrates such as sugar also provide energy but not for as long as complex ones do.

No; it probably will not work when not taken at the same time.
If the entire brain is not working then you are clinically dead. Parts of the brain cannot work and still be alive. such as in a vegetative state. A lot of controversy on brain death and feeding tubes and etc. I have heard of miracles where people were in coma's and negative outcome from doctors, but with family persistence the patient has come out of it.
No you still do the same amount of work
Pakistani people work the same as everyone else, they might not have the same jobs but it's still the same. They work, earn money, feed their family and then it starts again.
