The "standard" for 13-year-old who is 4 feet 11 inches is about 95-105 pounds. ==============================================

I should weigh around 160 although I'm a little over that right now. But that's just me. If you meant how much should *you* weigh, well that's another question. I think as a society we place too much emphasis on weight. When we are way "overfat" or obese, that's a problem and rather obvious. Since muscle is heavier than fat, a more fit you would weigh more than a more fat you of the same size (height and breadth). The same is true about hydration or water content of our bodies. Our bodies need lots of water to function properly. But water is heavy, 8 pounds per gallon. So all else being the same, a more hydrated but healthier you would weigh more than a less healthy, less hydrated you. Better measures are how fit you are and how prone you are to illnesses and fatigue. I believe your question, however, is what is "normal". Other than the fact that normal is really, really hard to define and that normal is always changing (for the worse it seems), according to Healthwise, your "normal" weight should be somewhere in the range of 80 to 120 lbs.
